Aim Properties

Aim Properties provides flexible warehouse, manufacturing space, long or short term leases.  Aim has a 160K sq ft with 20 dock doors. It  has 20ft ceilings throughout and can be subdivided into 7 completely separate units ranging from 5k sq ft to 70k sq ft. it contains approximately 10 k sq ft unfinished office space that can also be subdivided. The building has access to 50 separate phone lines and T1 or larger internet capacity. In addition to an onsite 44kv Duke Power substation, the building has on site large volume Natural Gas and a 10” water supply for many different manufacturing possibilities. A wet sprinkler system and 70k sq ft of warehouse space make this a feature packed property for any beginning venture. Aim is very interested in helping start up businesses and will work with new or existing companies with terms and payment schedules to help ease budget restraints or minimal income during the start up phase.

Fields Group LLC

Fields group now has a 70,000 sq. ft building in Belton for incubator space.  The space has (2) conference rooms, high speed internet (hard wired and wireless), fully sprinkled and lots of parking.  There is 3 phase power and natural gas in the building. The space can be equipped with a wet lab and clean room if required.  Office space is air conditioned but warehouse is not at this time. The rates are 1.15 to 1.50 per sq ft annually. A month to month lease is the only requirement. We are in Anderson County, so no need for business license.
